I’ve had my warn winch for a little over a year now, and it’s helped pull my truck out a few times without any trouble. It’s been really useful and still works like it should. The only thing I’ve noticed is the cable starting to show some wear, but overall I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using WARN gear for a long time, i’ve never had much reason to question it. The website was straightforward, the order process felt legit, and reading between the lines, you can tell they know people buying this kind of gear want clear info and no surprises. Shipping details were easy to follow, and everything showed up like it should. Nothing flashy, no hassle — just a solid brand I still trust.

I bought this warn winch because I figured I was getting something with a strong motor, i expected it to make my life easier out on the trail. For the price, I really thought I’d feel more confident using it, but so far it’s been a bit of a letdown for me.

It starts off pulling fine, but once there’s a real load on it, it slows down more than I’d like and gets hot quickly. I had to stop a few times just to let it cool off, which is the last thing I want to deal with when I’m already stuck or trying to keep moving.
Maybe mine just isn’t a great unit, but I expected better motor performance for what I spent. It’s not completely useless, and I can still get some work out of it, but it definitely hasn’t lived up to what I personally hoped I was buying.

I ordered the cover and mount because they were listed as compatible with my winch, but on my setup neither one lined up quite right. Maybe they work fine for other models or slightly different installs, but they definitely didn’t fit mine without extra hassle. Support eventually responded, but it took longer than I’d hoped, which made the whole thing a bit frustrating.

I just used this remote a few times recently, and it’s been better than I expected. No lag that I noticed, and the range is farther than I thought it would be. It’s made using my winch a lot easier, especially the last couple times I needed it. So far, I’m really happy with it...

I’ve had my Warn gear through some rough weather, rain, mud, and a few snowy days, it just feels solid. Nothing has rusted on me so far, and the controls didn’t get weird even when everything was wet. I can’t explain it exactly, but it gives me a good feeling when I’m using it. Took off one star because the cover doesn’t fit quite as nicely as I’d like, but overall I’m really happy with it

I ordered this Warn Industries mount for my truck, and the fitment info was pretty much on point. It matched up with my year and model like it was supposed to, and the main holes all lined up without any real trouble.
I’m giving it 4 stars because one of those brackets took a little messing with before it sat right. Wasn’t a big deal or anything, just added some extra time to the install. Overall, I’m happy with it.

The delivery was a bit slower than I hoped. I get that delays happen, but I think it’s only fair to be upfront about timing so customers know what to expect

I needed a replacement part for my warn winch and they did have what I needed, which was a relief. The annoying part was figuring out the exact part because it wasn’t super easy to find, and a few things showed as out of stock. Support did help eventually, but I definitely got frustrated waiting around for replies. It all worked out in the end, just not as smoothly or quickly as I would’ve liked.

Getting this installed was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I couldn’t get it mounted right no matter what I tried, and to make it worse, I had to wait in a long queue just to get help. Not a great experience

it feels really sturdy and well made. I haven’t had any issues with the build so far, so that’s a plus. just feels a bit expensive for what it is.

I reached out to Warn Industries support because I was stuck on a wiring thing, and yeah, the reply took more time than I was thinking it would. When they finally got back to me, it kind of seemed like they were just saying the manual stuff again, but in email form, if that makes sense.
I ended up figuring out most of it by digging around in forums and trying to piece things together myself. The product seems fine so far, not really complaining about that part, but the help side was a bit not helpful for me. Not terrible, just frustrating in that annoying small way.

I ordered the parts from warn.com the brakes just didn’t feel right after everything was installed. They do stop the vehicle, but it’s not smooth and on hills it feels kind of weak, like this setup just isn’t grabbing the way it should. The install itself wasn’t that bad, but I expected better from this. I ended up having someone look at it again, which meant spending more money. It’s not the worst thing ever, but I probably wouldn’t go with this setup again.

I was already feeling mentally drained, so maybe I just had less patience for it, but this didn’t feel worth the money at all. For the price, I expected a lot more, and it just left me feeling like I spent way too much for what I got.
